3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes: All quotes provided are non-binding estimates based on the information provided at the time. Final prices may vary depending on the complexity of the work, material costs, and other factors.
Approval: Once a quote is accepted by the customer, a contract will be drawn up, outlining the agreed-upon services, timelines, and costs.
Changes: If any changes or additional work is requested by the customer after the acceptance of the quote, a revised quote may be issued.
4. Payments
Payment Terms: Payments are due as outlined in the contract or agreement. Typically, a deposit is required to commence work, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Late Payments: Payments not received within the specified terms will incur a late fee as specified in the contract, and the work may be delayed or paused until payment is received.
Refunds: Refunds are not provided unless specified under warranty terms or unless work is unable to be completed due to circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customer Obligations
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and honest information when requesting quotes and throughout the project. Manomay Renovations will not be held responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Access to Property: The customer must provide access to the property for the duration of the renovation work. We will not be held responsible for delays caused by the customer’s failure to provide access.
Approvals: It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain all necessary permits, approvals, and consents required for the renovation work, including any zoning, building, or planning consents.
6. Our Responsibilities
Quality of Work: We are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship on all renovation services and repairs. We will make every effort to ensure that the work is done to the highest standards and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Timeliness: We will complete the work within the agreed timeframe, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, supply delays, etc.). We will notify the customer promptly if any delays arise.
7. Warranty
Warranty Coverage: Manomay Renovations offers a warranty on our work for a period of [insert warranty period, e.g., 12 months]. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.

Usage: We may use photos and descriptions of the work completed for marketing purposes unless you specifically request that such use is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
Manomay Renovations respects your privacy and handles your personal data according to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
By Customer: The customer may terminate the agreement at any time, but will be responsible for payment for any work already completed.
By Manomay Renovations: We may terminate the agreement if the customer fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if unforeseen circumstances arise that make the completion of the work impossible.
12. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from the services provided, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to mediation or arbitration as per New Zealand law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes or legal matters will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
